In 2013 a Department of Justice federal law enforcement supervisor stationed in Latin America was removed for alleged misconduct. Appeal was made to the MSPB (San Francisco regional office) challenging the removal. During the litigation process, client was returned to full duty pursuant to SETTLEMENT. The removal was rescinded. Client was reinstated.
