Client, a supervisor with the US Department of Labor, receives a proposed notice of removal for allegations of misconduct.

Pursuant to representation including a written response and oral reply with the agency deciding official, the agency fully rescinds the proposed removal notice. The employee is provided the opportunity to voluntarily transfer to another office within the US Department of Labor that he chooses.
