Client, a senior grade 15 manager is removed for alleged misconduct from the agency.
An appeal is filed with the MSPB challenging Client’s removal from Federal service. During the MSPB hearing scheduled for five full days of testimony, the parties settled the case that returned Client to full duty with all back pay, benefits, attorney’s fees and all other relief.
